How do I log time in Timegeist?
Run a timer, type a quick note in the chat logger, upload a schedule screenshot, connect Google Calendar, or add an entry by hand. Assisted inputs become proposals you review; timer and manual entries are saved directly.
Do I need AI to track my time?
No. Manual entry and read-only Google Calendar imports do not count toward your AI allowance. The chat logger and screenshot reading are optional.
How do clients and projects work?
Projects belong to clients, and time entries belong to projects. Timegeist rolls saved entries up by project or client in reports and exports.
Can I export time for invoicing?
Yes. Every plan includes CSV and PDF exports. Filter a report by date, project, client, tag, member, or billable status before exporting.
Is my time private from teammates?
Privacy is set per entry. Workspace-visible entries show details, duration-only entries hide descriptive content, and private entries stay visible only to their owner.
