Can I use Timegeist for free?
Yes. Free includes the timer, manual entries, unlimited projects, clients and tasks, personal reports, PDF and CSV export, read-only Google Calendar proposals, 10 AI uses each month, and three finalized invoices each month.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You can create a Free workspace without entering payment-card details.
What counts as an AI use?
Timegeist counts one use only after a message, screenshot, time question, or manual Coach generation succeeds. Failed attempts and clarification questions use none. Timers, manual entries, and read-only Google Calendar proposals also use none.
What counts toward the three-invoice Free limit?
Only the first finalization of an invoice counts. Creating and editing drafts does not. Free allows three first-time finalizations per calendar month; Pro and Team make finalizations unlimited.
What changes on paid invoice documents?
Every plan supports your seller details, VAT information, payment instructions, and invoice numbering. Free invoice surfaces include a promotional Timegeist treatment. Pro and Team remove that promotion; transactional email may still identify Timegeist as the delivery platform.
How does annual billing work?
Pro is €90 per year and Team is €70 per user per year, equal to paying for ten months at the monthly rate.
Is there a Team minimum?
Yes. Team starts at two seats: €14 per month or €140 per year before applicable taxes.
How many AI uses do paid plans include?
Pro includes 150 AI uses per workspace each UTC month. Team pools 150 uses per paid seat, with a two-seat minimum of 300. Scheduled weekly Coach insights are included separately on paid plans and do not reduce that interactive allowance.
Does one subscription cover every workspace?
No. Plans belong to a workspace. A new workspace starts on Free and can be upgraded independently.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. The workspace owner can manage or cancel the subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.
