Account and product support
Privacy and data rights
Quick fixes
Sign-in
Password recovery, email verification, or Google sign-in.
Billing
Subscriptions, invoices, seats, or payment status.
Workspace data
Entries, imports, rates, reports, or exports.
Privacy
Access, deletion, calendar access, or data-processing questions.
- For a stale page or temporary error, reload once and retry the action.
- For calendar sync, disconnect and reconnect Google Calendar from Workspace settings if Google access was revoked.
- For billing, use Workspace settings → Billing to open Stripe's secure customer portal.
- For missing onboarding, sign out and back in with the intended account; the setup wizard is shown before a new account enters the app.
Account export and deletion
You can request a machine-readable export under Account settings. Account deletion is also available there and requires a recent sign-in. If you own a team workspace, have an active paid workspace, or belong to another team, the app will explain what must be resolved first so other people's data is not deleted.
Disconnecting Google Calendar revokes the connection and removes the stored credential. Deleting an account also attempts Google revocation before local account data is erased.
Read the Privacy notice for retention details or email dpo@becraved.com to exercise a data right.
Security and abuse reports
If you believe you found a vulnerability, account takeover, cross-workspace data exposure, or abusive use, email support@becraved.com with “Timegeist security report” in the subject.
Do not access another person's data, disrupt the service, run destructive tests, or publish sensitive details before we can investigate. We will acknowledge a good-faith report and coordinate a responsible resolution. This is not a bug-bounty promise.
